Conference Photography at Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort
One of our clients needed a conference photographer for their event in beautiful Noosa on the Sunshine Coast and we were more than happy to help them out.
The conference itself was split over 4 days and the client only needed certain components of the event covered. These were the welcome reception, conference sessions, awards dinner including group photo and media wall and lastly, outdoor team building activities on along the Noosa river.
Guests came from all around Australia and stayed at the Sofitel Noosa where they also hosted the welcome reception, conference sessions and awards night.
Awards Dinner
As part of this Noosa conference we were also asked to cover their awards night in the Sofitel Ballroom. This included setting up lighting for a media wall as guests entered the pre-drinks foyer followed by a group photo. Having additional lights is a must when taking a group photo at night where you really need to capture everyone and want to see their face.
Team Building Activities
Sometimes we get to work in some beautiful locations and Noosa on the Sunshine Coast is one of those magic places with its beautiful beaches and the Noosa River.
It wasn’t all business as guests were treated to water sports such as jet skiing, jet boating, water bikes and kayaks along the Noosa river. It’s a great way to let your hair down and might be something to consider when planning your next Noosa conference.
