The World Dental Congress (#WDC2023), hosted at the prestigious International Convention Centre (ICC), brought together over 10,000 registered guests from across the globe. No mean feat when one of the three programmes have 8 rooms running simultaneously in 45 minute sessions.

Planning for #WDC2023 started months out with the logistics mastermind of Event Photos, Director Pat Brunet putting together the different programmes into 1 master document. With his 20 years experience in event photography he was able to to plan how many photographers would be required each day according to the programs and providing an accurate quote based on the photography coverage required.

In today’s fast-paced digital world, the demand for real-time sharing of event highlights is immense. Event Photos Australia delivered images for social media during the event, ensuring that attendees and the global dental community could stay engaged and updated.

As one of many of the World Dental Congress programmes had finished, the photos from that programme had already been sorted, edited and uploaded for guests to view and download within a couple of days. As for the remaining programmes were still being captured. The photographs from the remaining programmes have now been culled, edited and delivered within 5 business days, with all photos sorted into categories and renamed to be easily found when needed.
