How many photographers will be available for our event, and do you have backup equipment?
This depends on the size and requirements of the event. It is a good practice to have at least one photographer per room. This ensures all the most important moments are documented. It is better for photographers to work in pairs, so they can capture multiple angles and moments simultaneously. And yes, we always come prepared with backup equipment to ensure there are no interruptions in documenting your event.
When can we expect the finished photos?
We typically complete orders in 3 to 5 business days. However, depending on the size of the event and certain post-processing needs, this may change. In order to meet our strict quality requirements, we always strive to produce the best photographs in the least amount of time. We do however provide an express delivery option at a fee.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, Event Photos carries public liability insurance for 20 million Australian dollars. This is required by venues, and all clients can be provided with the Certificate of Currency to present to the venue managers.
