Corporate photographers across Australia

Four things account for most of what we are asked to shoot. Corporate headshot photography is the most common, usually a full team in one day at your office. Event photography covers conferences, awards nights, launches and staff functions. Workplace imagery is the set of pictures a company uses on its own site and in recruitment, showing the office and the people in it doing the actual work. Brand and product photography is the rest: the things you make, the spaces you occupy, the details that end up in a deck.

Most businesses need two or three of these rather than all four, and they rarely need them at the same time. It is worth deciding which images you are actually short of before booking anything.

We have been photographing corporate work in Australia for more than twenty years. Pat Brunet is the founder and lead photographer, and the planning happens with the person who will be in the room on the day rather than through an account manager.

Most of the value is in the preparation. We go through the run sheet with you, work out who has to be in frame and which sponsors are paying for visibility, and agree what the images are for before anyone picks up a camera. On the day that means we are already in position for the moments that matter instead of reacting to them.

We edit 30 to 50 images per hour of shooting. That figure is worth asking any photographer for, because a fast turnaround promise with no editing capacity behind it becomes a slow delivery. Standard delivery is 5 business days. For conferences and awards nights we can turn hero shots around same day or next morning, so your team has something to use while the event is still current.

We carry 20 million dollars of public liability insurance and provide a Certificate of Currency on request, which most convention centres will ask for before they let us on the floor.

We work in every capital, and knowing a venue matters more than it sounds. It decides where the light is coming from late in the day, whether a stage can be shot from the floor, and how long it takes to move between a keynote and a breakout room without missing either.
